YouTube Sex - Stripping Naked in Public
Hello my dear readers! I have been checking my stats. We get about 400 page views a day, lately. It seems that several keywords that people search on before they come here have some variation of "YouTube Sex" in them. There are keywords such as youtube se x, youtube sex, you tube sex, and sex on youtube. So to satisfy my readers (pander to my readers?) who want something youtube sex related, here are two videos of people stripping down to their underwear in public. I know the title of this post is YouTube Sex - Stripping Naked in Public, but there are no actual sex acts going on in these videos, nor is anyone naked. But there are lots of people in their underwear, so I hope that satisfies you! 50 years from now, or 100 years or more into the future, when someone is curious about what kinds of undergarments were worn in the early years of the 21st century, researchers may come across this post and learn all they need to know about underwear considered stylish or at least popular in entertainment pieces in the distant past.
We'll start off with a video from way back in 2001 by Alt Emo power pop punk band, Jimmy Eat World. The song is called "The Middle" and tells us that everything everything will be alright alright, kind of like The Beatles told us in Revolution. It went to #5 on the Billboard chart, and you probably remember both the song and the video, which was on heavy rotation on MTV. A bunch of 20-somethings are having a wild house party, and Jimmy Eat World is the entertainment. The theme of the party is - party in your underwear! Panties, bras, boxers, briefs - they are all here in many colors and varieties. Those wearing these under things are in quite good shape, in a stereotypical manner of speaking, according to what society considers to be hot bods. One guy wants to be different from everyone else in the crowd, and you can see what happens to him as the others dance, jump in the pool, drink and make out in refrigerators!
Here's a very recent video by a very new band, that is in a sort of competition with One Direction for the tween to teen and beyond pop music market. One Direction is from the UK and is receiving hundreds of thousands of views on their videos, including the song every teen knows all the words to - "(That's) What Makes You Beautiful". Their competition is 5 Seconds Of Summer, or 5SOS, who are of similar age, appearance and sound, but from Australia. In addition 5SOS play their own instruments and have a little harder rocking sound, which still using the same pop hooks. Last winter, 5 Seconds Of Summer released a song from their new album, titled, "She Looks So Perfect". This video has "only" 70 thousand views; less than most 1D videos. Maybe some tweens are banned by their parents from watching this? "You look so perfect standing there in my American Apparel underwear!" School kids, diner patrons, supermarket shoppers and even a cop strip down to their underwear for no apparent reason, other than to attract attention to this video!
Perhaps you too like to strip down to your underwear in public! Well you better plan ahead and make sure you're wearing new and Clean underwear! Get some at Amazon - they sell everything. Sure, you go there to buy books and music and DVDs and electronics, but dang it get some new clean underwear there too!

Learn About Sex videos on YouTube
Did you know that you can learn about sex from videos on YouTube? Yes, you can learn things about sex, which is a serious matter that can affect your entire future life. If you decide to have sex and are not prepared, you may end up with a child and/or a disease!
At one time, you could learn about sex from your parents, sex education at school, a book, friends, etc. Now there are YouTube videos about sex that may be of some help to some people. It's probably still best to learn about sex from your parents or a medical person or a reliable book. However you learn about sex, make sure you are getting accurate information. Try to get accurate and reliable answers from multiple sources that all agree; then you can have confidence that you found the right answers.
Here are two videos each from Kicesie and TheWingGirls. Watch them and decide if you think they are giving good advice. You may want to use them as a point of discussion with your parents or a trusted friend or authority figure in your life. Remember, don't do anything you are not comfortable in doing; don't do anything just because you think everyone else is doing it; don't put yourself in a risky situation by mixing intoxicants and temptation; don't act without thinking of the consequences.
I wrote about Kicesie before, back in 2007. I did a post on Sex Videos on YouTube and mentioned her video called "Virginity Part 1". On November 4th of last year, I tweeted, "@Kicesie respects virgins who are waiting for the right time to have sex. We agree. http://youtubestars.blogspot.com/2007/10/sex-videos.html"

She retweeted it, so it is safe to say she still feels the same way. There is nothing wrong with being a virgin. It is smart to wait until you think that it is the right time for you to have sex.
Here is Kicesie's recent video, in which she says she heard that 20% of guys think that if they have sex with a girl while she is standing up - that she can not get pregnant. A woman can get pregnant if she has sex in any position. Watch Kicesie and Karen (Spricket24) and you might learn something.
From the video's description:
Seriously.... I get questions from guys having sex that don't even know what an STD is. If you don't KNOW the logistics, don't do it. Once you do know, be responsible enough to avoid STDs and unplanned pregnancies.
If you hear a rumor about avoiding pregnancy that sounds a little crazy, it probably is. Research everything to make sure you're hearing it from a reliable source.
Here is a video Kicesie made to explain how she learned so much about sexuality. She asks, "How Did You Learn About Sex?" and there are over 1000 comments, so you can get an idea of how other people learned about sex.
The Wing Girls, Jet and Star, are just that - 2 girls who want to be "wing" persons - someone who is in your corner to give you advice on the opposite sex. In general, I like their concept of giving advice to men from a woman's perspective. Their approach is generally humorous and some of their advice is useful.
They seem to have variable messages - they are all over the place. Sometimes they validate conservative positions and other times they mock them. Sometimes they are serious but generally they are comedic and almost goofy. They classify themselves as improv and they do seem to be "winging it" although there is obviously a general script.
Their advice is Subjective, no evidence for Objective positions are given. This is the opposite of Kicesie. They give stories from experience rather than scientific results from studies. This lowers their credibility and questions the authority and accuracy of their advice.
Their content is somewhere more than PG-13 but maybe not quite R. These videos contain strong language so do not watch if that offends you. Several of their videos are flagged 18+ on YouTube for language. Here is a controversial video about oral sex. Is this good advice, or is this women telling you how to manipulate other women?
Here is something a little different - The Wing Girls get a guy friend to teach guys how to dance. "Maybe look a little bit stupid... as long as you look like you're having fun!"

Ubeea Sponsors Tennessee YouTube Gathering
This past weekend, Ubeea sponsored a trip for a few dozen YouTubers to hang out in a cabin in the Great Smokie Mountains of Tennessee. YouTubers Boh3m3, CharlesTrippy, TheTimTracker, themightythor1212, DannaRichards, ScottKinmartinTV and many others enjoyed Indoor Skydiving, Go Karting, Zorb Globe Riding, and various other group events. Some of the highlights of the weekend are shown in the embedded videos below.
What is Ubeea? It's a new video website similar to YouTube, but so much more. Ubeea produces shows for the internet and soon for TV that are partly cast members and partly videoclips sent in by viewers. According to the website's description: "Totally Interactive Television is Here! Ubeea brings original TV programs created by viewers involvement direct to your computer and your television. Its a really new television experience."
so if you have any questions about what they are doing and the benefits of getting involved with them, please email me!
Ben (Boh3m3) shows us cabin porch and takes us to the Indoor Skydiving Event. The video ends with a song by Danna Richards, custom made for this event. Danna plays guitar and is writing/recording and posting one song a day for a year - follow her progress on her blog and YouTube channel. Enjoy the video, but as always with Boh3m3, if you're easily offended by language, don't watch!
TheTimTracker and TheJennTracker show us the group's fun times with Indoor Skydiving and Go Karting!
Here's is Danna's "Let's Go Viral" original song, which you saw at the end of Boh3m3's video. But this time you'll see the lyrics, and the camera pans to each tripper as they are mentioned in the tune. Catchy song; enjoy!
See more Ubeea related videos, here and here.

Now, here is Anna's article!
The Mystery of AgentXPQ
Lev Yilmaz is like the Picasso of YouTube, except he colors in with wonderful stories instead of paint. Most likely if you are not struck by contagious creativity
during watching one of his short films then you will feel it shortly after you have finished viewing one of his animations. Perhaps you will even join a film school to start animating, yourself. Many animation students might dream about working for colossal cartoon studios like Pixar but would you rather be a technician and work on Nemo's tail for 10 years or be a story teller and create something of your own?
If you are an animation enthusiast, you must have come across the impressive and inspiring series "Tales of Mere Existence" by AgentXPQ (Lev Yilmaz). This artist and film maker tells stories based on his life, described on his website as "stuff you think but don't talk about"; episodes of humorous, self and socio-critical cartoons in which most of us find moments from our own lives we identify with and often smile about.
We encounter common situations like arguing about which film you are going to watch with your boyfriend or a mother and her concerns, and it may seem like a caricature of our own mamas...
If you really like his comics, you probably own a copy of Lev Yilmaz's book; your
companion "Sunny Side Down" will brighten the day, not just when you are feeling
low. How many of you know about his other channel though? In 2007, Lev and his brother launched the channel ingredientxvideo, where you can see a combination of many different types of videos. You can watch the baby steps of "Tales of Mere Existence," which back then had great stories. This is probably the x factor in both usernames but the ingredient evolved with the influence of Picasso's, "The Mystery of Picasso" from 1956...
into a cool 007 Agent. The technique he uses is similar to the painting technique Picasso used, filming while working on a transparent canvas. You can also see some puppet animations and a skit or two on his alternative channel, and some animations (not always technically perfect but narratively beautiful).
In the "Hellhammer" skit, we see Lev and his brother's poetic sides...
It's the kind of video one could watch over and over again. Last but not least, Lev is a superhero even if he denies it in Evildraft...
His special power is to cheer people up and entertain, and it's real, genuine happiness he spreads - not the artificial smiles which often surround us. Most people try to cover lack of ideas and plot though great special effects. AgentXPQ is a perfect example of a channel that doesn't need sparks; the stories move and make the viewer think and sometimes one might even learn something from them.
He denies his ability to fly but he grows wings like Supermario grabbing a feather, every time a letter hits a paper with a clickety-clack sound. Most superheros fly alone; he takes us with him through time and space on his back, trying to save the world from lack of humor and to erase your frown and change it to a smile.
If you want to discover how it all started, check out his secondary channel ingredientxvideo and if you don't know about AgentXPQ - where have you been, tune in!

Children use Web to watch videos, look up sex and porn
Hello YouTubers!
This post is directed to the parents out there, or people with young brothers or sisters. We all love YouTube, but there are many videos there that are not appropriate for young children. I have written about this in my two popular articles:
Sex on YouTube - A Parent's Guide
Sex and Porn on YouTube - A Guide For Parents
I just read this news release today which starts with the headline:
Children use Web to watch videos, look up "sex"
It talks about a study of the top 100 search terms used by youngsters to find items online. As YouTube fans like us might expect, YouTube was the top search term! The ninth most popular search term was "Fred" - the most subscribed YouTuber - as we all know by looking at the Top 100 Weekly Chart.
But the words "sex" and "porn" were also it the top 10, at number four and six respectively. The news article says:
California-based Symantec's Internet safety advocate Marian Merritt said the list showed that parents needed to be aware what their children were doing online.
"It also helps identify "teachable moments" when parents should be talking with their kids about appropriate online behavior and other issues in their kids' online lives," she said in a statement
If you are a parent or a concerned older brother or sister, you may want to read my two articles so that you are educated about the situation. Make your own decisions, based on your research, about what level of YouTube access you want to provide to your children.

Sex on YouTube - Porn Attack and Malspam
Last year I wrote an article about Sex on YouTube to warn parents about how easily their children could stumble upon things on the popular video sharing site that they probably wouldn't want them to see. This article continues to be one of the most popular articles on the LookingForClues article collection website. Here is an urgent update to warn everyone about the kinds of things that can be found on YouTube today, based on news reports that came out this Memorial Day weekend.
YouTube is the most popular and largest video sharing website, and Google, the site's owner, does a very good job of keeping the site free from porn. But it's not perfect. With over 20 hours of video uploaded to YouTube every minute, it is impossible to screen it all for objectionable content. There is a certain amount of automatic screening based on video titles, descriptions and tags. But many videos make it though this filter. So YouTube relies on its members to flag unacceptable videos. But this process of member flagging and manual review by YouTube employees takes time.
Over the last few days, there have been several news reports about a "Porn Hack" attack carried out against YouTube. A group called 4Chan which runs an image-sharing message board uploaded what may number in the thousands of videos that begin as harmless music videos which soon cut to scenes of nudity and group sex. The titles, descriptions and tags indicate that the videos are of popular recording artists such as Hannah Montana and the Jonas Brothers. If a visitor clicks on one of these videos, they see the beginning of a music video by one of these musicians who are popular with young people. Soon the content changes to adults participating in group sex acts, according to the BBC.
YouTube is aware of the problem but is only able to address it through their flagging system. It may take days or even weeks to remove all of the offending material. Let this be a reminder to parents that YouTube does contain some material that is not suitable for children!
For more information, see this news story.
As I have stated, YouTube generally does a good job of keeping porn off it's site. But there are a lot of videos which are nearly porn and are used to advertise for sex sites of all kinds. If a person searches YouTube using keywords such as kinky, porn, sex, and girl, they may encounter comments under the resulting videos which contain "Malspam." Malspam is malicious spam which consists of a link to a website that attempts to infect the visitor's computer with viruses. It has been reported that over 30,000 videos on YouTube have links to these kinds of sites in their comments! Do not download any programs from links on YouTube. You may end up with an infected computer.
Another type of download appears to be a real anti-vrus program. One of the most common malspam links on YouTube points to a site where visitors are advised to download a program called PrivacyCenter (read more about it, here). This is a fake anti-virus program that tells the user that they have many viruses on their computer even if they have no viruses. It then tells the user the problems will be fixed if they buy the premium version of the application. Do NOT download this fake program; all it gets rid of is your money!
For more information, see this new story.
Beware of any links you may encounter in the comments to any video. And be sure to warn your children not to go to any websites mentioned in comments on YouTube. Enjoy watching the many interesting and entertaining videos on YouTube (like the ones we talk about on this blog) but be careful if you let your children go on this popular website. You never know what they may end up watching!

Are you a parent?
Parents, please read these two articles that I recently wrote for the LookingForClues website. One is titled "Prescription Drug Abuse - A Parent's Guide" and the other is titled "Sex on YouTube - A Parent's Guide." They are both short but informative articles and contain information that you need to know!
Here are the article descriptions from the LookingForClues website:
Danger!
Have you talked to your kids about the dangers of Prescription Drug Abuse? Teen drug use is down for most drugs, but Prescription Drug Abuse is on the rise. Heath Ledger just died from an overdose of Prescription Drugs. Make sure your child knows the dangers of Prescription Drugs. Read our article titled Prescription Drug Abuse - A Parent's Guide to learn the facts, then speak to your kids about this important topic!
Beware of This!
Do your kids watch videos on YouTube? As a parent, you should know that YouTube is more than just clips of funny cats and laughing babies. There are many things on YouTube that your children should not see. Read our article titled Sex On YouTube - A Parent's Guide and learn about the seamy side of YouTube from a man who has been writing about YouTube for almost two years.

YouTube News 11-14-07
In this post, we'll follow up on the Story about the Arizona High School teacher suspended after she appeared in a YouTube video. Click here for our original story on this video. We'll also talk about ads on YouTube. For a list of constantly updated YouTube News stories, click here.
Higley teacher on YouTube resigns
It was widely reported on Tuesday that Christina Mallon, the Humanities/English teacher and Cheerleading coach who was placed on paid administrative leave last month after appearing in a YouTube video, has resigned from the Higley Unified School District near Phoenix Arizona. Ms. Mallon was filmed by an unknown person as she performed a short cheerleading routine for her Humanities class. It has been said that the students asked to see the new routine that she was working on for "Spirit Week." Mallon can be seen briefly wiggling her butt and a student can be heard to say, "You go, girl!" in the YouTube video which has since been removed. Parts of the original video can be seen in the following two videos. The first is from a local channel 5 TV news story and the second is a remix of parts of the original with new music. The first video has over 36 thousand views and the second has almost 180 thousand views as of today.
The original video which caused all the controversy was removed on 10/14/2007, about a week after it was posted on the 21superman2169 channel. Here are the stats on the original video, as recorded by the Your Tube Stats service:
Date Views Comments
10/13/2007 133464 1093
10/12/2007 129294 1069
10/11/2007 121513 1016
10/10/2007 106068 931
Most of the over 1000 comments on the original video were sympathetic to Ms. Mallon. This is also true about the comments on the two videos above and on the news stories at the East Valley Tribune news website.
As far as I know, no one knows the identity of 21superman2169, the person who uploaded the original video to YouTube. The only information given on that profile is:
Age: 22
Country: United States
However, after some investigation, we believe that the person who created that YouTube account and profile is not 22, but may in fact be a minor who attends the Williams Field High School where Christina Mallon was teaching. We will not be revealing any further information about this person who we believe uploaded the video, because this person is a minor.
Ads on YouTube
YouTube now shows ads in the bottom area of some videos made by its Partners. So far, there has not been a huge backlash against the ads, as feared by some. It is possible that we will soon see "pre-roll" video ads, short (possibly 15 second) commercials that will be displayed before the actual content appears.
It was reported Wednesday that most YouTube viewers (63%) would not mind pre-roll ads as long as they are 15 seconds long, at most. It is further reported that 11% of YouTube viewers would be willing to pay an annual fee ($24.95 was mentioned) to watch content without any ads. Please click here for the complete report.
If we examine the figures given in this news report, we can answer two questions.
How many viewers does YouTube have?
YouTube has 50 million viewers.
(0.11 x V) x $25 = $137,000,000
(0.11 x V) = 5,480,000
V = 49,818,181 or about 50 million Viewers.
How much money does YouTube make from its Ads?
YouTube makes $6.75 per year on every viewer from ad clicks.
5,480,000 x R = $37,000,000
R = $6.75 average revenue per viewer per year.
I wish YouTubeStars.com could generate $6.75 a year in Google Ad clicks for each of our viewers! YouTube seems to be doing very well in their Google Adsense income. Of course they have huge expenses in servers and bandwidth to provide us all with this free service. We have been very fortunate, and may have become spoiled, with the level of advertising on the YouTube site. Expect to see more ads on YouTube in the future.

Oprah is on YouTube
Oprah Winfrey, the popular American talk show host, now has a YouTube channel. She joined on November 1st and has almost 20,000 subscribers already. She has posted 18 videos, most are commercials for her show. Her most watched video is "Oprah's Message to YouTube!" with just under 1.1 million views. The video allows comments on approval and so far, only 22 comments made it through. Embedding is disabled and Video Responses seem to be disabled.
The YouTube community has reacted with ambivalence to Oprah's new channel. Some think it will bring new viewers for everyone's videos. But others object to Oprah's apparent "one-way conversation" - she seems to want to advertise to us without accepting feedback. It has also been lamented that the "golden age" of YouTube is over. With the corporate accounts racking up lots of viewers, its hard to get on the most discussed or most viewed lists without resorting to histrionics and sensationalism. YouTube seemed more like a commuity of videomakers before "partners" came on to advertise to us. But, all this was inevitable. YouTube was spending millions on the computer power and bandwidth necessary to provide this free service to the uploaders and viewers of the thousands of new videos posted weekly on the site.
How will the Oprah channel and the other corporate partners affect YouTube and the community of vloggers and viewers? Time will tell. So far, everyone seems to have their opinions on Oprah's debut. Out of the massive number of Oprah related videos, we've chosen a few to highlight here. They are all intelligent and insightful; please watch them and get into the discussion yourself!

About This Video: Hi Oprah! Welcome to the 'Tube! Hopefully you will find this a warm, friendly, talented, and welcoming community. We expect you will be posting more clips from your show here, and that is fine, but if you are really serious about "being a part of the community" it goes beyond simply posting.
We have assembled a few tips and suggestions for your orientation to the YouTube community:
* This isn't broadcasting; it's a conversation, it's about 2-way communication,
* We're not all aspiring pop stars or novelty acts; we're real people,
* The animal clips and TV clips may bring us to the site; but it's the people that bring us back,
* We watch YouTube as an alternative to TV, not an extension of it,
* We collaborate like crazy.
We look forward to your full participation in our little playground and we thank you for watching.

About This Video: "The man" has officially won.
The community is not gone, I am not gone, but we are so overshadowed that this is no longer our site. It was hard enough to find us amongst the anime clips in the past, and now it's pretty much impossible unless you totally whore yourself out in a way that nobody else would respect you for, and will in fact dislike you for. The fact that YouTube even had this amazing commuinty as the driving force behind it's startup is very hard to see.
I've never been one to care about views or subscriber counts, but it makes me sad when I see others that I know do care pour their heart into making something that ends up being amazing, and it getting no attention because 12 people posted commentaries on Britney Spears and ABC released new clips of their upcoming shows.
I'm not excited about the things that are now representing this site. It was once obviously very different from the rest of the media sources. It's not anymore. It's not only not different, it's the EXACT SAME things. Copies of television shows and advertisements reposted. YouTube, has in essense, become a giant advertisement, trying to lure us back in to what we came from. There are still amazing, unique things, but they are hard to find now. This is no longer feels like "our site." It feels like the abc.com fan appreciation message boards or something.
I'll probably private this video eventually as I do all of my vlogs, but I had to say it, even if everyone else is already saying it louder than I am.

Sex videos
There are sex videos on YouTube. Not the kind you might have come across in the early days of the service. There was a time when members could upload porn and find that it would last several days before being discovered and removed by employees screening for Terms Of Use violations. (Along with copyright violations, you can't post "pornography, obscene or defamatory material" on YouTube.) YouTube has since tightened its surveillance of recently uploaded videos and you just don't see those kinds of flicks on YouTube anymore.
The sex videos I'm talking about are videos that talk maturely about sex. We'll have a look and listen to three videos - two that express their author's views on sex, and one about sex in a Phoenix classroom. The videos start discussions that continue in the comments sections. Watch, then add YOUR comments!
But first, the News. Is there anything new happening on YouTube? Maybe not. At least there's not much movement among the top subscribed members. The Top 16 positions remained exactly the same as last week. The biggest mover in the entire Top 100 chart was Mememolly's 8-spot advance to the number 87 position. When are some new talents going to shake up the Top 100?
I'd like to thank stealurface1976 (Jesse Stutsman) for mentioning me in his Friends Tribute video. I was mentioned in the exact middle of the film, so the video's icon is MY channel icon! Thanks, my friend! Here is that video... (F word warning)
Filthywhore on hands and slutty mcpreteens.
Jacci talks very frankly about "virginity and whores." She thinks that young people should not jump into sexual relations. She goes on to talk about why she doesn't "sleep around" and ends by stating her strong objections to abortion. The discussion continues in the comments; there are over 130 so far. For those of you who have never heard of Jacci before, and wonder about her username, here's a quote from her in this video's comments: "I've explained my user name at least 200 times on here. I used to have a user name on aol that was PurrBox.. but no one thought I was a cat." For more about FW, read these posts.

Virginity Part 1
Kicesie has been making videos that she describes as "Advanced Sex Ed for today's people." In the first vid of this two part series, she states that she respects virgins who are waiting for the right time to have sex. She goes on to talk about the "True Love Waits" campaign and repeats again that it's not uncool to wait to have sex. There's been over 70 comments so far, and over 140 on Part 2; be sure to add yours!

WFHS Hummanities Class
What's going on in Phoenix? Have you seen the TV coverage or read the news about the Williams Field High School teacher who was suspended for performing a "racy" cheer routine in front of her class? The teacher was filmed and the video appeared on the 21superman2169 YouTube channel last week. (No one knows who owns this channel but their YouTube background photo is from a Photobucket account under the name of sad_girl2151). Apparently it was Spirit week and the teacher, also the cheerleading coach, showed a new cheer to her class. Some students responded to the mildly sexy routine with whistles and giggles. Have a look at the video and decide if you think the teach was wrong or not!

Periurban and Renetto
This is a copy of a post made to the 2BuxMall Blog.
Periurban and Renetto, two popular YouTube videomakers, have recently made videos about a meeting they had in which a new video sharing concept was discussed. This new concept may seek to fix some of the problems that the YouTube users community has been experiencing, such as communication problems via video comments and YouTube messages, and abuse of some of the Terms of Service by many members. This new concept may also lead to individual ownership of their own channels and a democratic system of governing the operations.
From what I am able to see, this new concept seems to be a very good idea! It is worth trying, and I am very interested to see if this concept is implemented and to see what they put in place to deal with some of these issues.
Our 2BuxMall system addresses some of these same issues. We hope to roll out the system in a slow and orderly manner, addressing issues as they develop. 2BuxMall Store owners are selected by invitation only, so we can match the volume of business with our ability to provide the community with good service.
Individual owners will have a good deal of control over their own Stores. They can customize its appearance and decide what to promote or sell. We intend to provide a micropayment system to make it easy to pay for purchases made through our system.
I don't think our system could be classified as being run in a democratic way. It will be the case that everyone who becomes a user will have been invited by someone who already is a user. We feel that responsible community members will recommend other responsible people for invitation. There will also be a Level system which may help people to feel a certain amount of trust in users who have moved up in Level, which would indicate that they are active and positive members of our community.
I think that any discussion of the way in which positive people can group together in a community that can be helpful to themselves and others, is a good discussion to have! Here are the videos from Periurban and Renetto on this subject. We hope to participate in this creation of a better experience for the videomaking community.

Where are they now?
Tonight, I was watching a movie on TV called "Waxworks". While watching this 1988 horror-comedy, I noticed that one of the stars was Deborah Foreman, the co-star, along with Nicolas Cage, of 1983's "Valley Girl". I was a big fan of the movie because I saw it on cable shortly after I returned from California on an enjoyable business trip. It reminded me of the good times I had in the LA area. Also, the music in the film is pretty cool. My three faves are the theme song "Girls Like Me" by the Bonnie Hayes Combo, "The Fanatic" by Felony, and "Jukebox (Don't Put Another Dime)" by The Flirts. I began to wonder where Debby Foreman is now and I found out, from her website, that she is teaching yoga at UCLA. Good for her!
What about the YouTubeStars of the past? Do you still follow their videos? Here's a chance to catch up with some of the big names from the earlier days of YouTube.
Loca's new Movie!
LittleLoca has been making movies on YouTube for almost a year now. She never really went away but she has been involved in other projects lately. One big thing in her world has been a half hour movie that she stars in! Check it out at http://www.bullfighterscafe.com/Loca/ticket.html. In early May, it will be one year since Stevie Ryan brought her LittleLoca to YouTube and she is still going strong!

NOW IT CAN BE TOLD....THE SECRET IS OUT
Last summer, a 79 year old UK gentleman named Peter made a few videos for YouTube. Within a week, he was featured and began a lightning fast climb to the top of the Most Subscribed chart. We first wrote about Geriatric1927 in that first week. Peter is still in the top 10 (number 9) on the YouTube Top 100 Weekly Chart this week and people still love his videos. Even though he has been offered quite a lot of publicity from newspapers, radio and television - Peter prefers to keep a low profile. But he recently had the opportunity to work with the Zimmers, a group of over-60 people who got together and made a cover of The Who's "My Generation". Watch this video, then check out the song on the Zimmers Myspace page!

Communication Terminated
What could that title mean? It's the latest video from Lonelygirl15. I first noticed LG15 last summer when she first began to become controversial. I had seen her first few videos and she seemed like a lot of other teens who blog on YT. But it was her "My Parents Suck" video released on July 4th that really got her noticed. Read all about that video, here. LG15 is still the Most Subscribed YouTube channel and no one is even close. Her channel continues to put out a few vids each week and the story continues. But are we near the end? Watch the video and then read the comments!

More Music!
A few weeks ago, I did a post on four talented singer/songwriters who make music videos on YouTube, often accompanying themselves on Guitar. I wrote about videos by Creativefisher, stealurface1976, KrisShred and PeriUrban in that post. This time, I'll tell you about two more talented singer/strummers. I'll also show a music video made for a song by one of my all time favorite bands - The Ramones! I'll close with a rap video that everyone is talking about!
First, a word about last post's featured videomaker, Daxflame. There has been speculation that Dax - or Bernice - is a member of the Patrello family from Texas. His uncle has done some work in Improv and his sister Dylan has a YouTube channel of her own: lalaDylalan. Check out her first video in which she sings the classic song, Summertime. I think you can see the family resemblance! It has also been said that some of Dylan's college girlfriends are responding to some Daxflame videos. Is HayleyDontDoIt one of Dylan's friends? I have no idea! But she has made a few good responses to Dax, so check her out. Also, in Dax news, Dax has entered EclecticAsylumArt's "Strike a Pose" contest. EclecticAsylumArt is an amazing painter/sketch artist who has made pictures of several YouTubers, check out his channel!
This Just IN - Breaking YouTube News!

Seasons
A recent addition to the list of talented YouTubers who sing and play the guitar, logana13 is a 22 year old college student named Polly who lives in the UK. She has a great smile and shows her love of music in her videos. She just joined YouTube about a month ago, but she already has 6 entertaining videos on her channel. Let's have a look at a song she wrote in a short period of time. It's a catchy tune and Polly performs it with joy and enthusiasm!

Greensleeves on fingerstyle acoustic guitar
Here's a delightful video from bsondahl. Brad Sondahl is a 53 year old man from Idaho who has been uploading loads of guitar/banjo vids over the last year. In this one, we hear Brad play the old Celtic melody that was transformed into a Christmas carol in the late 1800s - "What Child is This?" I've always loved this song and I thank DeepInTheWoods for pointing me to this and all of Brad's videos.

HEY! HO! LET'S GO!
I've been visiting YouTube for almost a year now, and I'm happy to say that I'm still finding new and interesting people to watch! Here's my newest find, and I'm her newest fan. =D I would like you to meet mememolly, a 17 year old woman who lives in Canada but is originally from the UK. Molly makes thoughtful and entertaining videos and looks great on camera! Here she is, trimming her "fringe" (bangs), followed by a music video she filmed and starred in, of "Judy is a Punk" from The Ramones first album. After only the first 4 seconds of this video, I knew I was going to subscribe to Molly - you should too!

Fast Food Freestyle
Here's a great video that went totally viral! It has way over 4 million views already and all the kids are talking about it at school. Two guys pull up to a MickyD's Drive-through and place their order in the form of a rap. Check it out - it's creative and funny!

Here are pictures of some of the fine people who have made videos for YouTube. I created this Gallery so that our visitors can see a clearer, bigger picture of YouTube people - something more than they see on the smaller, often grainy videos. Scroll through the list and click on any picture to see a larger version.
If YOU want to get YOUR picture in this gallery, please email a clear, hi-resolution pic (or a link to it), to KennyCrane AT bellsouth DOT net. Include a link to your YouTube profile in the email. I'll be adding more pics as they come in. Show the world that you're a YouTubeStar! Get more traffic to your profile page! Send in your pic today!
Editor's note: We now have 70 pics in the Gallery. Thanks to everyone who sent one in so far!
NOTE: It's 2011 now and we're all a little older, and wiser! When viewing these pics, keep in mind that the ages given for each YouTuber was their age in 2006. Thanks!
